For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Zee Media reported a net loss of ₹14.32 crore, which is substantially lower than the net loss of ₹22.68 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous financial year. This represents a 37 percent reduction in quarterly losses YOY, showing that the company’s cost management efforts are working effectively.
The revenue from operations for the March quarter was ₹112.55 crore, which was slightly lower than ₹117.48 crore reported in the last year, but after a marginal decline in revenue, the company successfully reduced its overall cost structure and narrowed the losses during the quarter.
FY26 Results Show Return to Profitability
The most important highlight from Zee Media’s recent results is that the company returned to profitability for the full financial year FY26. For FY26, Zee Media reported a net profit of ₹16.93 crore, which marks a sharp turnaround from the net loss of ₹100.33 crore recorded in FY25.
The company’s revenue performance also improved significantly during the year, with revenue from operations rising 26 percent YOY to ₹571.53 crore in FY26, compared with ₹ 454.88 crore in the previous financial year.
